It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Fontnette of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Sr. Nichols and Annie Lee Nichols; and her brother Clyde Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Herbert Fontnette Jr.; her son Herbert Fontnette III (NaSondra); her siblings, Leo Nichols, Charles Nichols, Johnny Nichols and Debra Jones; her aunt Louise Hanchett; and her cousins, Edna Flugence, Lorene Harris, Daisy Simpson and Naomi Sullivan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, face mask or covering is required, with social distancing.
