She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Moses and Clarence Moses; her siblings, Ruth Ivy Yowman and Clarence Julius Moses; her husband James Joseph Ray, Sr.; and her son James Joseph Ray Jr.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, family, and friends.
