It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Henry Shepherd of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shepherd and Josephine Shepherd; and his siblings, Flem, Jimmy and Emma Ruth Shepherd.

He is survived by: his wife Nicki Shepherd; his daughter Tegan VonBerg (Brendan VonBerg); his granddaughter Evelynn VonBerg; and his siblings, Sarah Shepherd and Frank Shepherd (Maralyn Shepherd). He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
