He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Faulk and Beulah Pearl Petry Faulk; his sister Catherine Faulk; and his granddaughter Lauren Brack. He is survived by: his wife Carole Helen Faulk; his children, Mike Faulk (Linda), Debbie Dugas (Ronald), Randy Faulk (Paula), Cindy LeBlanc (Tommy), Christel Chamberlain and Cammie Pool (John); and his sister Betty Lou McDaniel.
Due to Coronavirus-19 the family will have a private graveside service at Greenlawn Memorial Park, under the direction of Melancon's Funeral Home.
