She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert R. Bonton and Mildred Ford Bonton; her husbands, Arthur Augustine and Peter Bryant; her brother Roy Lee Bonton; and her sons, Mubaarak Jacobs (Hanifa) of Deland, FL and Husaan Jacobs of Port Arthur, TX.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nia Malika Jacobs Prater (Darrick) of Port Arthur, TX, Wadiya Jacobs of Port Arthur, TX and Adiyba Jacobs Jones (Ron) of Saint Albans, NY; her stepdaughter Dana Bryant of Lake Charles, LA; her aunt Billie Jean Jacobs; her siblings, Doris Ford Tripp of Port Arthur, TX and Wilbert R. Bonton, Jr. of Port Arthur, TX; her aunt Audrey Beverly; and her sister Thelma Bonton Gibbs. She is also survived by one niece, three nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousin.
