He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Agnes Landry Felder and Jeff Reid Felder, Jr.; and his son James Robert Felder. He is survived by: his wife Linda Felder of Port Arthur; his daughter Camille Luke (Tim) of Pearland; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Peter and Hannah Luke.
