He is survived by: his brother Allen Kirk Menard (Penny Hebert Menard); his nieces, Emily Skye Menard, Jennifer Ciel Olano (New) and Barbi Martin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jesse and Jacob. He is also survived by friends would ask his big brother how Jean was doing, his big brother.
