He was predeceased by: his father Sam Sarao. He is survived by: his mother Mary Mavis Sarao; his wife Martha Carter Sarao; his sister Kathy Peoples (Charlie) of Beasley, TX.; his children, James Thomas Sarao, Jr. (Diana) of Katy, TX and Melissa Lee (Wesley) of Nederland, TX; and his grandchildren, Michael, Shane Sarao of Katy, Wesley and Jessica Lee of Nederland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
