He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Williams; his wife Dawn Elizabeth Williams; his mother Lee Esther Williams; and his siblings, Duffy Williams (Alexia Williams), David Williams and Emma Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Precious Williams Martin and James Lee Williams, Jr. (April Williams) of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, David Moore, Khennidi Landry, Noah Martin, Sanaa Williams and Joshua Williams; and his siblings, Mercedes Shavers (James Shaver) of Texarkana, TX, Delta Williams of Beaumont, TX, Alfrey Williams and Jannett James of Houston, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
