He is survived by: his wife Marvis Blackburn of Port Arthur; his sons, Jean-Louis "Jon" Blackburn (Fatima) of Florida and Paul Henry Blackburn (Tania) of North Carolina; his sisters, Doris Chattergee of Texas City and Louise Webster (Carl) of The Woodlands; and his grandchildren, Undalawah, Wehgatecce Bear, Reagan Blackburn, Andres and Carlos Ugrinovich.
