He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bailey and Bessie McCord Bailey; his wife Joyce Emerant Bailey; his son Vance Lachausse; his brothers, Weldon Bailey, Phillip Bailey and Galen Bailey; and his daughter-in-law Tonya JoAnn Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Sharene Bailey of Port Neches, Krista Bailey Poole (Shane) of Austin and Todd Bailey (Adana) of Center; his stepsons, Shane Foxworth (Lori) of North Carolina, Robert Foxworth (Katrina) of Georgia and Rodney Foxworth of Baytown; and his siblings, Lynda Bailey of Delaware and Dwayne "Dub" Bailey of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
