We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2021, at the age of 96, Ivy Lou Richard of Port Arthur, Texas, born in Cecilia, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband J. D. Richard; her son Tommy Richard; and her grandson Landon Richard. She is survived by: her children, Gary (Cindy Richard) of Port Arthur, Sandy Savoie of Port Arthur and Kathy Richard of Port Arthur; and her grandchildren, Troy Picard, Tracy Klein, Tonya Marks, Chad Richard, Kirsten Soliz and Blake Richard. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren.
