He is survived by: his sons, Horace N. "Jacky" Maxwell, Jr. (Melodie) of Anchorage, Ala and Leslie Maxwell (Kay) of Nederland; and his grandchildren, Cindy Redding, Penelope Denny, Stephanie Lindsey, Jeremy Maxwell, Kerri Vega and Doug Maxwell. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
