He is survived by: his wife Rutha Smith Ned; his children, Herbert Ned, Jr., Michael Ned, Charles Ned, Marvin Ned, Christel Scypion and Rachel Harkless; his siblings, Margaret Jackson, Catherine Pitre of Opelousas, LA, Ben Ned (Ruby) of Lake Charles, LA, Harold Ned (Mary Alice) and Apostle David Ned (Erma) of Houston, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Smith (Beverly), Harry Gunner, Sr. (Melody) and Ora Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
