We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2022, at the age of 86, Harold Mathew Manuel of Port Arthur, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Addie Lewis Manuel; his son Neka Manuel (Charlene); and his sister Joyce Manuel. He is also survived by one grandchild; one great-grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends.
