He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lewis and Lola Milo Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Bland, Donald (Leanner), Willie (Shelly), Danny Ricky, Ole (Annie), Lottie Ann, Elaine, Janet, Eness (Charles) and Doris (James). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
