He is survived by: his parents, Helen D. Halter and Richard Halter Sr; his siblings, Helen Baque, Barbara Milton, Jackie Halter and Ross "Buddy" Halter; his nephew Arthur Rosales; his granddaughter Austyn Halter; his siblings, Sharon Halter Boggs, Mike Halter and Ricky Halter; his sons, Shawn Halter, Ross Halter (Jessica) and Joshua Halter (Sarah); his grandchildren, Brett Moody, Emma, Bryson and Avery Halter; his nieces, Bernice Baque and Amy Pena (Rick); and his nephew Michael Boggs (Lindsay). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
