He is survived by: his wife Brenda Phillips; his daughters, Amber Owens (Mitch), Monica McClintock (Eric) and Kandi Simmons; his grandchildren, Chase McClintock, Brady Owens, Logan Owens, Kayla McClintock and Kate Schwartzenburg; his aunt Brenda Smith; and his pet Gracie.
