She is survived by: her husband Harry LaPointe Jr.; her daughters, Shawana D. LaPointe, Felicia M. Lockhart of Port Arthur, TX and Paula Johnson of Fort Worth, TX; and her sister Willie-Faye Hanchett of Houston, TX. She is also survived by eight Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
