She was predeceased by: her husband Max Anthony Forster; her parents, Vernon Joseph Broussard and Joycelyn Marie Broussard; her brothers, Mark Broussard and Jeffery Broussard; and her children, Klint Raymond Forster and Deidre Sue Murphy.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Keith Forster, Kim Elizabeth Venable, Kevin Dwayne Forster and Sandra Ann Hein; and her stepdaughters, Sharon Hessong and Cynthia Diane Forster.
