He is survived by: his daughter Angela Garcia Belaire (Van) of Groves; his sisters, Yolanda Nunez of Groves and Lupe Tatman of Spring; his grandchildren, Brandon Belaire (Sherry) and Jordyn Belaire; and his pet Rocco. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
