It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank R. Garcia of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelina Ramirez and Juan Garcia; his wife Gloria V. Garcia; and his grandchildren, Hector Garcia, Jr. and Monica E. Garcia Govea.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria M. Garcia of Port Arthur, Sylvia M. Olney of Port Arthur, David Medrano of Port Arthur, Joe Edward Medrano (Linda) of Village Mills and Ricky Garcia Sr. (Daisy) of Groves. He is also survived by two granddaughters; ten great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and many other loving family members and friends.
