She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Green and Rosie Lee Green; and her husband Pedro E. Islas (Pete). She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Howard, Darlene Bailey, Amonia Bailey, Ruthie Lee Malbrough, Jim Lee Bailey of Port Arthur and Robert Bailey of Port Arthur. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
