She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Charles, Sr. and Josephine Burney Charles; her son Alonzo Paul; her brother Roy Charles, Jr.; her grandparents, Edward Charles, Loretha Charles and Sarah Joseph; her aunts and uncles, Lawrence Charles, Joe Charles, Percy Charles, Ollie Bea Crosby, Mary Louise Webb, Deloris Coleman and Doris Spencer; and her parents-in-law, Lionel and Shirley Bazile.
She is survived by: her husband Gregory Paul; her sons, Emanuel of Port Arthur, TX, Xavier of Port Arthur, TX, Kevin of Port Arthur, TX, Gregory Jr. of Port Arthur, TX and Kurtrick Paul of Port Arthur, TX; her sisters, Loria C. Rylander of Franklin, LA and Irma A. Charles-Tardy of New Iberia, LA; her stepsister Darlene Charles of Four Corners, LA; her aunts and uncles, Roland Charles, Sr., King Charles, Sr., Leonard Ray Charles, Travis Burney, Evelyn Simpson, Ruby Turner, Carrie Ann Joseph, Martha Charles, Verna Jennings, Doretha Turner, Ellen Lewis and Cora Mae Gabriel; and her siblings-in-law, Lechia, Sandra, Gail, Jewel, Alvin Jr. and Nathaniel Paul. She is also survived by grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
