Eugene "Bucky" Goines, age 82, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. Bucky was born May 29, 1940 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Thomas O. Goines and Ruth C. Blankenship Goines.
Bucky was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Goines; grandchildren, Jennifer Doyle and Shane, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
Survivors include his daughters, Joyce Brown and Deborah Delhomme; grandchildren, Gena Phelps and her husband Wayne, Ashlei McKinney, Greg McKinney; great grandchildren, Jennifer McKee, Emily S. McKee, Cameron Phelps, Rachel Kuchar, Brendan Phelps & Keira Phelps; great-great grandchildren, Weston Wenger, Lili Spell; Several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home from 8:00AM until 10:00 AM on Thursday. A celebration of life for Bucky will be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home, 4841 39th St, Port Arthur, Texas 77642.
