He is survived by: his parents, Mae Lois Polk Streeter and Johnnie B. Streeter; his wife Cynthia Johnson Streeter; his children, Erica Sade Streeter Shields (Ryan), Alexis Streeter and Quentin Harper; his stepdaughter Tiffany Griffin (Patrick); and his siblings, Ronaldgra R. Lewis (Viola) and Deatera Streeter Sheppard (Chester). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, face mask or covering is required, with social distancing.
