She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Ivy Smith; her daughter Norma Jean Smith; and her siblings, Kenneth Jordan and Dora O'Brien. She is survived by: her children, Monte Lynn Smith (Stacey) of Port Arthur, Phillip Bryant Smith of Nome, Alvin "Jack" Smith of Nederland and Alvis Norman Smith; and her siblings, Curtis Jordan of California and Sandra Elizabeth Edgerton of Houston.
