He was predeceased by: his parent Rosa Lee Kemper; and his brother Willie E. Kemper (Erma Lee Kemper). He is survived by: his family Ellis; his siblings, Thomas S. Kemper Sr. of Houston, Rev. Amos J. Kemper of Houston, Texas, Lucy Ann Kemper of Houston and Evelyn Selina Kemper of Port Arthur, Texas; and his daughters, Elisha Kemper of Dallas, Tammara J. Kemper of Killeen and Acacia Kemper of Killeen, Texas. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews (65 total), and other relatives and friends.
