He is survived by: his sons, Duriel Taylor (Shantelle) of Lake Charles, Elliott Duncan, Jr. and Elijah Swallow; his father Toby Duncan; his siblings, Peggy Pier of Beaumont, Brenda Queen (Paul), Cynthia Jenkins (Ray), Martini Henry (Robert), Toby Jr. (Cecilia) of Port Arthur, Glen (Karen) of Port Arthur, William (Rhonda) of Port Arthur and Eric Duncan of Springfield, Ohio; and his sister-in-law Veronica. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
