It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwardo Hernandez of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on May 29, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hernandez and Aurora Lopez Hernandez; his siblings, Carmen Drogaris, Angelina Calvert (James), Charles Hernandez, Arthur "Tootie" Hernandez and Amos Hernandez; and his daughter Christina Keele.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Hernandez of Port Arthur; his children, Ramona Taylor (Joe) of Branson, Stephanie Sanchez of Port Arthur, Richard Hernandez (Veronica) of Port Arthur and Dean Hernandez (Debra) of San Diego, California; his grandchildren, Ashley Hernandez, Karissa Dykes, Alicia Hernandez, Nicholas Hernandez, Jared Hernandez, Jason Taylor, Andrew Taylor, Emily Smith, Loretta Keele, Casandra Keele, Christian Sanchez, Ciara Sanchez, Dylan Martinez, Jayzmine Marcantel, Mikaila Marcentel and Erick Brower; his siblings, Josephine Pena (Joe) of Houston and Manuel Hernandez (Sue) of Bridge City; and his siblings-in-law, Caboose Hernandez of Port Arthur and George Drogaris of Houston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 crisis we are currently in. all visitors to the funeral home are required to wear face masks or facial coverings and practice social distancing.
