He is survived by: his wife Barbara Carter of Port Arthur, TX; his son Mark Carter (Jane); his grandchildren, Cole Carter and Halle Carter of Nederland, TX; his daughter Christi Carter (Colin Gaspard) of Houston, TX; his grandsons, Markus Carter of Houston, TX and Marlon Carter (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Maddison and Noah of Groves, TX; and his close friend Mom. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
