He was predeceased by: his parents, Earice Kemper and Rebecca Kemper; and his brothers, Michael Kemper, David Kemper and Nathan Kemper.

He is survived by: his children, Sean Kemper Sr, Jermaine Kemper, Rodney Price and La Quanta Vargas; and his sisters, Marie Ward, Madeline Kemper and Almeta Powell. He is also survived by eight grandsons, two granddaughters, and two great grandsons and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
