He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Watson Watt and Samuel Watt. He is survived by: his wife Iona Watt; his brother Samuel James Watt of Branford, CN; his children, Donna Don Hayes (Wesley) of Nederland, TX, Fred Watt (Peggy) of Port Arthur, Douglas Watt (Deb) of Albuquerque, NM and Samuel Watt (Alison) of Port Neches; and his grandchildren, Lee Philpott, Richard Philpott, Caitlyn Cox, Madalyn Hayter, Levi Hayes, Makenna Watt, Ashton Martin and Tyler Fletcher. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
