He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dunlap, Jr. and Helen Dunlap; his brother Fred Dunlap; and his son Terry Billeaud. He is survived by: his sister Lois Dunlap Dorman of Houston; his wife Deanna Dunlap (Dee) of Groves; his children, Shawn Dunlap of Nederland, Scott Billeaud of Port Arthur and Trinette Mitchell (Dan Mitchell) of Bridge City; and his grandchildren, Taryn, Taylor Dunlap, Tyler Dunlap of Nederland, Lee, Karl Jensen of Bridge City, Kristina Cervantes of Bridge City, Rhiannon Billeaud of Houston and Meagan Mitchell of Bridge City.
