He was predeceased by: his parents, James Girouard and Freda Girouard. He is survived by: his wife Tina Girouard; his children, Wayne Baker (Lyndi), Heather Norris (Richard) and Crystal Girouard; and his grandchildren, Kay'Leen Norris, Bowen Norris and Ryker Norris.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Melancon's Funeral Home (1605 Avenue H, Nederland, TX 77627). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
