He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Flanagan (Gloria), Octavia Reed-Jones (Joe), Bernard Flanagan (Brenda), Linda Staley (Eugene), Latrice Navey, Madelyn Flanagan, Jay Flanagan, Monica Flanagan, Dexter Flanagan, Sharon Flanagan and Shalia Flanagan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
