He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Williams; his parents, Isabell "Plute" Virgin and Abner Williams, Sr.; his siblings, Emily Ruth Jenkins, Yvonne Terry and Abner Williams, Jr.; and his nephew Tommie Brady.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Williams and Richelle Gipson; his granddaughter Gabrielle Gipson of Missouri City, TX; his brother Edgar G. Williams; his godson Dr. Glenn Mitchell, Sr. (Carol); his nephew James Brady (Aleen); his nieces, Joann Brady, Johannah Williams, Monica Newcost and Romona Ledet (Shawn); and his close friends, Verna Dennis, Reginald and Lewis. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
