He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Seltzer and Harriett Seltzer; and his brother Lamont. He is survived by: his spouse Joycelyn Hunt; his sons, Lamont L. Seltzer (Roycelyn) of Pearland, TX, Charles R. Seltzer of Austin, TX and Kenneth W. Yowman (Lisa) of Houston, TX; his siblings, Frank Seltzer of Mobile, AL, Ronald (Linda) of Beaumont, TX, Kenneth of Port Arthur, TX, Marion Briscoe, Esperanza Spencer and Harriet Collins (Gilbert) of Port Arthur; his sister-in-law Dorothy Birdsong; and his aunt Henrietta Williams of Houston, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, other living relatives and friends.
