He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Quisenberry and Georgia Quisenberry of Port Arthur; his grandparents, Raymond, Anna Matulik of Groves, Benson and Agnes Quisenberry of Forsythe, Missouri; and his cousins, Chris Bullion, Therese Bullion-Femester and John Clifford Hebert.

He is survived by: his sister Laurel Amy (Gary) of Port Arthur; his goddaughter Taylor Amy of Port Arthur; his nephew Gage; and his niece Kristy Amy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
