She was predeceased by: her mother Merriene Thomas; her daughter Alicia Faye Cane; and her grandchildren, Marlise Cane and Javon Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, David L. Berry (Margaret) of Port Arthur, TX. and Robert W. Berry (Juanette) of Port Arthur, TX.; her sisters, Sylvia Thomas and Sylvessa Thomas of Louisiana; and her close friend Williemae Antoine. She is also survived by Six grand children, sixteen great grand children, and three great great grand children and a host of relatives and friends.
