He is survived by: his wife Ruby Mayfield of Port Arthur, TX; his children, Carmelita Guillory (August), Jacqueline Guidry (Thaddeous), Carl Mayfield, Constance Oliver (Dallas), Sandra Louis (Nathan), Walter Fields, Jacqueline McGee (Jhonnie) and Wilford McGee; and his siblings, Charles Mayfield (Paulette) of Albuquerque, NM, Erma Johnson (Valley), Chrystal Phillips (Cassanova) of Beaumont, TX, Carldetta Joseph (Spencer) of Richmond, VA and Burnis Mayfield (Lucille) of Lake Charles, LA. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
