She is survived by: her husband Marvin Noack; her children, Barbara Smith (Kenneth) of Port Arthur, Sharon Bobrow (Morrie) of San Francisco, Kim Chow of Lihue and Mark Noack (Edna) of Port Arthur; her grandchildren, Michael Smith (Polly) of Port Arthur, Melissa Smith Sexton (David) of New Port Richey, Scarlett Cormier of Port Neches, Benjamin Lang (Becky) of San Rafael, Burton Olivier of Los Angeles, Dexter Olivier of Lihue and Ethan Noack of Port Arthur; and also, Samuel Smith of Kapahi, Taya Adams of Port Neches, Daniel, Matthew and Andrew Sexton of New Port Richey.

Donations in Carol's memory can be made to, The Port Arthur International Seafarer's Center or St. James Catholic Church.
