He is survived by: his children, Eric and Michele; his sister Betty; his grandchildren, Kevin Thomas, Jr. (Chloe), Kym (Ijah Thomas), Ericka Kyles, Jakeevan Sonnier (Elcie), Kiera Biegas (Gary), Jakeila Sonnier, Mhekeba Hager, Michael Harris (Ashlyn), Teric Sonnier and Jamie Keal; and his great grandchildren, Xavier Sonnier, Bella Sonnier, Aubree Mitchell, Sophia Harrs and Amara Louis.
