She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Jones and Lorenza Mitchell Jones; her children, Carl Diles, Sr., Rebecca Diles Blackwell-Giles and Jimmy of Washington; and her grandchildren, Carl Diles, Jr., Darren Godfrey and Timijura Broussard.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Wright of Washington, Ervin of Port Arthur, TX and Willie Mae Nickles-Broussard of Dallas, TX; her daughter-in-law Willie Mae Diles; and also Linda Sallier of Port Arthur, TX. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 30 great-great grandchildren.
