She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bailey and Geneva Bailey; her aunt Mary "Nanny" Bailey; and her brother Amos Bailey. She is survived by: her child Shayla Lakell Williams-Richardson; her son-in-law John Richardson III; her grandchildren, Xyla, Kiki, Tryston and Nadia; and her brothers, Elton Williams of Port Arthur, Darrell Williams of Port Arthur, Jimmy Williams (Ida) of Port Arthur, Paul Williams (Brenda) of Port Arthur, Johnny Williams of Port Arthur and Malvin "Mack" Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
