He is survived by: his wife Elaine Sherman of Georgetown; his children, Dr. Vincent Sherman (Sheri) of Georgetown, Sarah Sherman of Dallas and Dr. John Sherman (Larissa O'Neil) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Rachel Donaldson (Zach), Vincent Sherman II, Sophie Sherman and Joseph Sherman; and his great grandchildren, Ellie and Kaden.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gabriels Funeral Chapel (393 N Interstate Hwy 35, Georgetown, TX 78628). A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Helen Catholic Church (2700 E University Ave, Georgetown, TX 78626). A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery (330 Berry Ln, Georgetown, TX 78626).
