He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony "Tony" Roccaforte, Sr. and Anna Nicotre Roccaforte; his siblings, Joseph Roccaforte (Marie) and Lillie Roccaforte Collida (Dominic); his nephews, Gary Wayne Bordonaro, Sammy Collida, Ricky Collida and David Roccaforte; and his niece Carmela Collida Jackson.

He is survived by: his brothers, Frank Roccaforte (Eloise) and Leonard Roccaforte (Kathy).
