She is survived by: her husband Clyde Dixon of Port Arthur, TX; her children, Derrick Dent and Alicia Dent-Sylvester (David, Sr.) of Zachary, LA; her stepchildren, Kitina Armstrong (Elliot, Sr.) and Jhamiah Dixon of Port Arthur, TX.; her mother Beatrice Powell of Zachary; her mother-in-law Annie Mae Dixon of Port Arthur, TX.; her grandchildren, Devonte', Tarleshia Harris, Ja'Tyria Manchester, Davion Paul, Derrick Dent Jr., David Jr., Cody Sylvester, Desyire, Desmond Dent, Emynie, Messiah, Elliot Jr. and E'lyssa Armstong; her siblings, Charles Powell (Marie), Leon Powell Jr. (Ella), Diana Rios (Edmundo), Belinda Powell and Leonard Powell (Cathy); and her niece Lakisea Reichard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, brother & sister –in- laws, relatives, and friends.
