It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angela Dorsey-Williams of Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dorsey and Eula Mae Dorsey. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin A. Millender, Jr., Taylor Williams and Walter L. Williams; her siblings, Sharon "Shay" Barnes and Jerome C. Kemper, Sr. (Silvia); her stepmother Blanche Dorsey; her fiancé Larry Bennett; and her close friend Bertha Jones. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
