He was predeceased by: his parents, Cassandra Jerry Lewis and Alfred Prescott; his stepfather James Lewis; and his son Isaiah Jerry. He is survived by: his children, Devondre Jerry, Issac Jerry, Camron Reynolds and Aubryn Jerry; and his siblings, Damonica Keal (Jermaine), Ina (Carl), Laquinta Jerry and William Jerry (Laurie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
